Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative you will be taking telephone calls and responding to emails. Additionally you will use your customer service skills to generate sales of services offered by VanOne online and of our business partners. You will also act as a coordinator controlling work of our removal teams and ensuring that all moves are completed according to the plan and to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Impeccable written and spoken English language skills.

  • MS Office and Google Apps for Business literate.

  • You must be an excellent communicator and able to develop business relationships with your customers.

  • Able to use diplomacy in difficult situations and thrive in working under pressure.

  • Previous role in customer service or sales roles is an advantage.

  • Ideally you are living in Enfield or surrounding areas.
